Welcome to Urbanizit. By accessing or using our website at urbanizit.com and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
Urbanizit is a men’s jewellery brand based in Pakistan, offering premium stainless steel chains, bracelets, and pendants with PVD plating. Our products are sold exclusively through our online store at urbanizit.com. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are placing an order on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their consent to provide their personal information.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and specifications on our website. However, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to differences in monitor calibration and display settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the physical product.
All Urbanizit jewellery is made from 316L stainless steel with PVD vacuum plating. Material and finish details are stated on each individual product page. While our products are marketed as waterproof and hypoallergenic, individual skin sensitivities may vary.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Urbanizit reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout and order confirmation.
5. Orders and Payment
When you place an order on urbanizit.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All payment information is processed securely. Urbanizit does not store your full payment card details.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@urbanizit.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy in that case.
7. Warranty
All Urbanizit products come with a lifetime plating warranty against manufacturing defects in the plating and a 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects in the product itself (e.g. broken clasps, defective links). This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical impact, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@urbanizit.com with your order number and photographs of the defect within the applicable warranty period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on urbanizit.com — including but not limited to product images, descriptions, brand name, logo, and website design — is the intellectual property of Urbanizit and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to engage in any behaviour that may disrupt or interfere with our website’s operation. Urbanizit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urbanizit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
11. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
Urbanizit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
